Lawsons are delighted to offer a free Click & Collect service:

1. When you place an order you will be offered the free Click & Collect service at the checkout.

2. Simply choose the store that you would like to collect your items from and proceed through the checkout as normal.

3. Once your order has been processed, a member of the team will contact you via email or telephone to let you know that your order is ready for collection at your chosen store. Please allow up to 48 hours for this. Please bring a copy of your order, or your order acknowledgment as proof of purchase.

Which stores can I collect my order from?

You can collect your order from any of our four stores: Plymouth, Tavistock, Totnes and Ivybridge.

When will payment be taken?

Payment for your items will be taken when you complete the online checkout process so that as soon as your order is ready, you can simply collect it from your chosen store.

What happens if I change my mind on collection?

If you change your mind on collection, please return your item to that store and the Internet Sales Team will refund your order via your original payment method within 2-3 working days.

What if I want to cancel my order before collection?

What if I want to return my order after collection?
