Paul's catering career started early, working in a Cornish hotel kitchen during school holidays. Most of his training came at Bistro Bene, the family-run Plymouth restaurant where he worked for seven years.

After several years as head chef at The New Continental Hotel, Paul is now Executive Chef for the New Continental Group, working with the kitchen teams at five of the city's best-known establishments.
