Flavour Fest presents: Stephane Beneteau, The Glassblowing House

Stephane is head chef at this well-known waterfront restaurant, where diners can enjoy views of the boats and bustle of The Barbican and Sutton Harbour. The Glassblowing House is committed to supporting local businesses - meat is locally sourced from South Devon, fish is caught off Plymouth and the North Cornwall coast, and wherever possible local growers and producers are used.
